Live in Care

This is a personalised service seen as the alternative to going into a nursing or residential home. With this service you will have your own dedicated worker who lives in your own home. This means you can remain in the comfort of your own home with all your familiar possessions and pets. You can continue with your independent lifestyle, freedom for continuous family visits, with your own one to one carer whom you get to know.

Your live in carer will monitor your individual needs and respond with arrangements to suit and fit in around your normal routine giving you total flexibility, choice and control for your own personalised care need.

We provide reliable live-in carers with a dedicated Local Care Manager who will respond swiftly to any concerns. We provide continuity of care, which means should your carer take holiday or fall ill or you simply don’t get on, we will provide you with a replacement. At 247 Home Care, we don’t wait for you to have a problem before solving it, we pro-actively monitor our carers, support and give ongoing training to ensure we offer the best possible services.
